Our Good Neighbour Guidelines

Swimple is dedicated to enriching local communities by enabling homeowners to generate extra income through sharing their pools with nearby families seeking private, secure, and delightful experiences together.

We place a significant emphasis on upholding high standards of quality, safety, and community engagement.

Ensuring that Swimple contributes positively to communities is our top priority. In addition to offering precise and secure listings, we recommend adhering to the following Good Neighbour guidelines.

To align with our Good Neighbour guidelines, hosts on Swimple should:

Hosts should inform neighbors that they will be sharing their pool on Swimple and will have guests.

Hosts should offer neighbours their contact info and inform them about Swimple and it’s features.

Hosts should be respectful of their neighbors by appropriately limiting the number of guests who may attend.

Hosts are usually home 80% of the time. Hosts must remain on property for all reservations with 10+ guests.

Our Community Care team is here for you

If you suspect a host is not following these guidelines, addressing the matter with them directly can often lead to the quickest resolution.

As a next step, kindly report the host to our Swimple Care team.

We only require the pool’s address to investigate the situation.

Once received, we aim to respond as promptly as possible (typically within 24 hours, but often much sooner).
